1. Fair Strategy

Pre-show planning is crucial for every trade show. This planning encompasses the entire process. We will continuously update our clients. 

3. Contract Phase

The process begins with the approval of your exhibition stand design, and the contract we will sign with our client guarantees and protects your stand.
This phase clarifies all rights and obligations, providing security for future steps. 

5.Stand Manufacturing Phase  

Your visual materials and logos will be delivered to your booth, measured, and placed on your stand. We will then forward your project to you for visual layout approval
. Once visual layout approval is received, your project, including the stand dimensions and visual materials, will be submitted to our workshop. The stand will be manufactured exactly as per your project and ready for installation at the exhibition venue.

2.Design Phase

The important thing is that the stand design (logo color and all products or services we reflect) is designed and revised as per your request and the design phase is completed. 

4. Studying Visual Materials

This is the preparation phase of your stand, which begins immediately after the contract is signed, and includes printed visuals and logo materials to be placed on your stand, according to the measurements you provided.
Once prepared, they are sent to us.

6. Your Stand is TURNKEY

Once your exhibition stand is set up, final cleaning is done and any extra materials (tables, chairs, TV, bar stools, etc.) are provided. Arrangements are made during the exhibition hours specified by the exhibition area to address any issues that may arise during the exhibition or in the event of minor revisions.
